To purchase through this website your personal data will be requested during the shopping process. The data provided will be processed and stored in a file under the responsibility of INUNEZ, in order to process your purchase and assure you a faster shopping process in future purchases, as well as to send you our newsletter (advertising, promotions and offers) related to INUNEZ items.

 

We only sell INUNEZ items on www.inunez.es.

 

INUNEZ reserves the right to modify, at any time, the items shown on www.inunez.es. In particular, INUNEZ may withdraw or add products from the online store.

 

The essential characteristics of the items are displayed on www.inunez.es within each product details and the items offered on this website fulfill with the same quality and warranty as on INUNEZ in-store. Each product is accompanied by the following information: Item name, Picture of the item, item description, sizes and colors available, composition and price. Despite the meticulous care taken by INUNEZ in its faithful reproduction, images and colors displayed on www.inunez.es may, however, not accurately reflect reality, due to the specific characteristics of the Internet browser or the screen used by the user. In this case, INUNEZ cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your monitor will accurately reflect reality’.

 

Prices of products for sale on www.inunez.es appear always in Euros with the VAT (21%) and shipping included, except as expressly provided in Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Exchanges paragraphs.

 

The prices of the products may be subject to updates. The prices that INUNEZ applies to each order will be the current prices at the time the user confirms the purchase of the items added to “Order”, regardless of the day the delivery is made. INUNEZ recommends customers make sure what the final price is before confirming the order.

 

  1. Shopping Process

To place an order of one or more items on www.inunez.es, the user will be requested to follow the shopping process steps, introducing the data requested, confirming the purchase of the products added to the “Shop” tab and paying the order.

 

The order form will request personal data that will be incorporated into our file in order to process the order. You should remember that personal data must be indicated with accuracy to avoid misunderstandings or incidents in the shipping of the purchased item/s.

Once the purchase order is fulfilled; it will be displayed on the customers screen before accepting the purchase: a summary identifying the item purchased; total price (transport and taxes included) and shipping information. Subsequently; the order must be confirmed by clicking on “Place Order”. Once the purchase is accepted cannot be changed.

The user: who purchases items on the website agrees to pay at the time that confirms his/hers purchase. The order will not be processed until INUÑEZ receives the payment.

 

Once the order is formalized, the user will receive an email confirming that the order has been placed, detailing the purchased items and their prices, payment method, shipping address and other contractual transaction data. If the user does not receive this email may be due to a temporary communications network problem or a typo in the email address given. In any case, we confirm the purchase by sending this email to the customer, so if the customer does not receive it both parties are exempted from fulfilling their respective obligations and the sale is not carried out. Therefore, if you do not receive it, you must contact us at the above data.

 

Orders will be archived in the INUÑEZ database for a period of time that will not exceed the limits established by law.

 

INUÑEZ may decline to process orders in those cases: users who do not present sufficient solvency guarantees, processing orders which are incomplete or incorrect, payment confirmations not received within 48 hours, or when the selected items are no longer available. In such cases, INUNEZ will inform the user by email that the order has not been processed correctly, stating the reasons therefore, and, if necessary, will make the refund of the amount given in advance for the unavailable items.

 

All our items are made by order. We do not have items in stock; every item is specially made for each client by request. If, at the time of the order issuance, our warehouse detects that for some reason (i.e. fabrics ran out) will not be possible to produce some of the articles of this order, the customer will be immediately notified by email.

 

  1. Secure Payment Services

 

The payment of the items may be made by transfer, credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron and Master Card), COD (only in Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Paypal. Other payment methods will not be accepted. INUÑEZ commits to use the most effective and safe technology methods to transmit data and payments on each transaction. These shipments will always be encrypted through a secure socket layer (SSL).

 

For credit or debit card payments, the charge will be online, i.e. in real time, through the payment gateway of the financial institution, once the data given is verified. The confidential payment data are transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the financial institution. For payment by card we only accept SEC transactions (Secure Electronic Commerce). Secure Electronic Commerce is an initiative based on guarantee Internet secure transactions. When you pay via the secure payment gateway, the system automatically verifies that the card is activated for Secure Electronic Commerce. After that, the system will connect to the bank that issued the card, which will request to authorize the transaction by a personal authentication code. Only if the bank that issued the card confirms the authentication code the transaction will be made. Otherwise, the transaction will be rejected.

 

As a complementary measure to the Secure Electronic Payment and with the aim of contributing with fraud prevention on the Internet, INUÑEZ reserves the right to verify the personal data supplied by the customer and take the necessary actions as it deems appropriate (including cancellation of the order) so as to guarantee that the purchased items will be delivered in accordance with the information that appears in the order.

 

The purchase price of the items and the shipping costs will be charged to the bank account of the user at the time of the order confirmation.

 

You can pay via transfer from any country. To make the payment, you must have an account in a bank of the country from the invoicing order. All costs resulting of the transfer payment will be charged to the customer. For payments by bank transfer, INUÑEZ will provide to the customers an account number to make the deposit. This account number will be given on the email of order confirmation. The customer must indicate the order number and his/her full name. The customer will have 3 working days from the date the order was placed to make the payment. The order will not be accepted until we effectively find that INUÑEZ has received the income. If we do not receive the corresponding amount before the deadline, the order will be cancelled.

 

In a maximum time of 48 hours from receiving payment confirmation, INUÑEZ will send to the user, by email, an order confirmation, including the order number. Such confirmation does not have validity as receipt, just as proof of purchase.

 

The receipt of the purchase will be sent to the customer printed with the purchased item or by email if the client requests it. The credit card fraud is a crime, and INUÑEZ will take legal actions against anyone making fraudulent transactions at our online shop.

 

 

  1. Shipping & Delivery

The transport of the purchased items will be carried by a courier company or postal mail, and it will be delivered as fast as possible.

 

To avoid any incidents in the delivery (wrong addresses, inability to find someone at home etc.), you must successfully complete the corresponding form. It is essential to fill the box related to your phone number. INUÑEZ is committed to deliver in undamaged packaging at the address you indicate in the order form. INUÑEZ will not be responsible for mistakes caused in delivery when the shipping address entered by the user in the order form does not adjust to reality.

 

Shipments to Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands are free of charge. For deliveries outside our borders, transport rates are calculated based on the destination country, the garments purchased and the packaging used for shipping. The exact price of transport is calculated once you include every item in the shopping bag and it will appear on the page that summarizes the purchase before the order is confirmed by “Confirm Order.”

 

Shipping costs may be modified at any time without notice; the modification will be applicable since its update. In any case, the valid shipping costs will be the ones that appear at the time of making the order.

 

INUÑEZ items are made only by request, so the delivery time will be 15 days from the date of order confirmation, and the maximum period will be 30 working days. These periods are estimated. For that, they may vary for logistic or force majeure reasons. In case of delay in the delivery, INUÑEZ will inform their customers.

 

INUÑEZ will understand that the order has been successfully delivered at the moment the reception form is signed at the delivery address.

 

In delay shipping cases due to INUÑEZ, the user may cancel his/her order following the process in “Returns” tag, as a defective order, without shipping and refunds costs. INUÑEZ will not consider delays in delivery those cases where the order has been made available to the user by the courier company within the agreed time and was unable to be delivered for reasons attributable to the user.

 

The courier company will make two delivery attempts, the second arranged with the receiver, for that the customer phone number will be essential to make the delivery.

 

After 7 working days from the order departure to delivery and if the delivery has not been made, the user must contact INUÑEZ. If the customer does not contact, after 10 business days the order will be back at INUÑEZ stores and the user must pay the shipping and returning costs to the warehouse, and other possible associated charges.

 

At the time of delivery, the user must check the good condition of the packaging before the delivery person of the courier company that ships the delivery for INUÑEZ, indicating on the delivery note any anomalies that could detect on the packaging.

 

If later, after reviewing the product, the user detects any incident or damage caused by the shipment, the customer shall communicate it by email to INUÑEZ in the shortest time possible (maximum 5 working days) to process the return.

Shipping costs are included in the purchase price so the customer will not pay any additional fee, except as specified in section Returns and Exchanges.

 

 

  1. Returns & Exchanges

 

To successfully process the return or exchange of the selected items, the customer must send an email to [email protected] indicating the number of order that will find together with the shipped item/s, and the reason the return or exchange.

 

The user will have fifteen calendar days (15) to return the order, since its delivery date. To this end, the user will report INUÑEZ by email of his/hers intention to withdraw, and send the item in good condition and in its original packaging, including everything sent  with it and its labels in good condition too, to INUÑEZ address in Calle Gurtubay, 6, 28001 Madrid (Spain). INUÑEZ will return the amount received by deposit, without deduction and within 15 calendar days since the item reception in the same condition as it was delivered to the addressee. However, as provided above, it is excluded the right of withdrawal and/or resolution in those cases which, by the nature of the item, it will be impossible to carry it out.

 

It is possible to change one item for another, within the estimated dressmaking time as if it was a first order.

 

To accept a return, returned items must follow the following requirements:

 

  • The item must be in the same condition in which was delivered and must have its tags and original packaging.
  • The item must be returned using the same protective box used to protect the item.
  • A copy of the delivery note must be inside the packaging, with the returning items and the reason for the return.

 

If the requirements have been respected, INUÑEZ will send an email to the user confirming that accepts the return and it will proceed to pay the amount of the returned item less the cost of returning it, by the same payment method used in the purchase of the item. Shipping costs will be only refunded in case of defective or incorrect items.

 

IMPORTANT:  INUÑEZ will not accept any return of any custom-made item, i.e., personalized items. If the customer is not satisfied, INUÑEZ will proceed to fix the custom-made item, so the customer must deliver it to the in-store or send it by certified mail, with acknowledgement requested. The customer will have to pay all costs, both tailoring as shipping (the one made by the customer to INUÑEZ and the one made ​​subsequently by INUÑEZ to the customer).

 

Outlet Items: If INUÑEZ makes special outlet sales, no returns will be allowed; only changes for other items available in stock.
