  • Can I exchange it? Can I return it?

  • How many languages can I browse in?

www.inunez.es browsing languages are: Spanish and English.

  • Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?

Yes, except in the case of products which are hand crafted in which there may be slight differences in the final product. Dyed silks may lightly change.

  • Can I susbcribe to inuñez newsletter?

Yes. Once you have made your first purchase, you will be registered in our database and you will be automatically subscribed to our newsletter. If you haven’t made any purchase, you can subscribe to our newsletter sending us an email to [email protected]

  • Can I cancel my Inuñez Newsletter subscription?

You can easily cancel your subscription by sending us an email to [email protected] telling us you want to unsubscribe.

  • How can I know if my purchase is already done?

Once your shipment process is done, you will receive a confirming email. If you don’t receive it, contact us at our customer service by phone +34 914 496 359 (Monday to Friday from 11a.m. to 8p.m.) or by email [email protected]

  • Can I track my order?

Yes. Go to MRW website and enter the reference code associated to your shipment cart; you will be informed of the processing status.

  • Can I remove items from my order?

Yes. You can delete any unwanted items from your shopping bag as long as the order hasn’t been processed yet, that is, when you haven’t paid.

  • What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

www.inunez.es only sells items in perfect condition so, in the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact our customer service and we will change it free of costs.

  • What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

If you accidentally receive an item that you did not order, please contact our customer service and we will exchange it free of costs.

  • Which is my size?

Inuñez sizes are 36, 38, 40 and 42 in almost all our items, excepting some standard sizes as the S/M (small-medium, which is equivalent to a 36-38 size ) and M/L (medium-large,  which is equivalent to 40-42 size ) .
